Butcher's broom A shrub for the circulation Butcher's broom or box holly is a shrub native to Mediterranean scrubland. Its rhizome has been used for its health benefits from ancient times right through to the 20th century. It has properties that promote improved circulation and attributes useful in restoring a feeling of lightness to legs.
Green tea Organic Fairtrade green tea (from the Wangfulou tea plantation) This China green tea comes from the Wangfulou tee plantation in the province of Jiangxi. Contrary to black tea, this natural product is not fermented, which means that it is high in tannins. Used for over 3,000 years in Chinese and Indian medecine, green tea has a wide variety of benefits. Green tea is known for its stimulating and antioxidant.
Meadowsweet The benefits of meadowsweet Meadowsweet is a tall, elegant perennial plant, which grows abundantly in damp meadows throughout Europe. Its majestic appearance explains its alternative name "Queen of the Meadows"; however, it also goes by a number of other names such as Lady of the meadow, bee’s flower, goat's beard, spirea, etc.
Antioxidants The best defence against free radicals Antioxidants can be found in many plants such as green tea and carrots. Their primary role is to combat excessive "free radicals", highly unstable molecules that tend to attack our cell components if left unchecked. These free radicals are naturally produced during normal cellular respiration, but certain external factors (pollution, cigarette smoke, the sun's UV rays, etc.) can increase their production, so that it becomes impossible to control their impact.
